Who is BRE Software?
BRE Software was founded in 1986, initially selling computer software and supplies. BRE Software began buying and selling used video games in 1989 and has been a pioneer in the used video game industry. BRE Software currently operates a Retail Store in Fresno, California on the northwest corner of Blackstone & Nees in the River Park Shopping Mecca for Central California. BRE Software's internet and mail order operations are located at 352 W. Bedford Ave, Suite 104, Fresno, CA 93711.
How will I get paid?
By PayPal or by Check. Checks/PayPal payments are normally issued within 2-3 working days of receiving your package.
How do I know you received by package?
We automatically send out a "Package Received" E-Mail for every package we receive. This message will be sent to the E-Mail Address as entered on your transaction. Please watch your Bulk/Spam folders as these messages are sometimes misrouted by your ISP, spam software or E-Mail program. If you choose to send your package by UPS, FedEx or other common courier, you can track the package through their respective websites. Please note that there is no ability to track packages or insure packages sent using the pre-paid postage label provided on your confirmation page.
When will I get my check?
If you are using the pre-paid postage label provided on the confirmation page, it will generally take approximately 3 weeks from the time your package is sent to the time you receive your check. Due to the way the post office processes the pre-paid postage labels, packages sent using these labels take an additional 3-5 working days to get to us. If you are in a rush, you may choose to send your package by the shipping company of your choice. Under no circumstances will be reimburse you for shipping charges. We do not recommend shipping packages to us via USPS Parcel Post or Media Mail as we have seen packages take as long as one month to get from the east coast to the west coast using this shipping method.
We will do everything possible to process your package quickly and get a check in the mail to you, but please understand that we can't do anything until we receive your package. When we do receive your package, you will receive the "Package Received" E-Mail as described above. Once you receive the "Package Received" E-Mail, you will generally see your check within 6-7 working days.
How old do I have to be?
To sell your merchandise to us, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are not 18 years of age, please have your parent or guardian complete the transaction for you.
How many games can I sell?
We do not purchase more than two copies of any title from one individual. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase. We co-operate with local, state, and federal authorities and make all information submitted during the buyback process available to them upon request.
Can I sell new games?
Prices listed in our website are for used merchandise. Any new merchandise sold to us must include receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase. New merchandise received without proof of purchase will be returned at the customer's expense.
Can I sell import games?
We do not purchase IMPORT or PAL games. We do not purchase DVDs, or accessories not listed on the site. All items and prices listed are for US/North American NTSC format merchandise. We do not purchase "ADULT/NC17" dvds or video games. We do not purchase copied/pirated games or DVDs. Do not send PAL games. Any PAL games received will only be returned at your expense.
